      Returns:

      Returns must be requested within seven (7) days of purchase.  If seven (7) days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot accept a return.

      To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition it was at the time it was received.  The original receipt must accompany the return and the return package must be insured for the purchase price. If the item meets the return criteria, please contact us with any questions you may have and to let us know when to expect the return.

      We do not accept returns if an item has been damaged or altered in any way.  We cannot accept returns for any custom orders. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

      Any items shipped outside of the United States are NON-REFUNDABLE and a final sale. 


      Sale items:
      Only regular priced items may be refunded or returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or returned.

      Gifts:
      If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, and if approved for return, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

      Shipping:
      To return an item, please mail to: 10 School Street, Danvers, Massachusetts 01923.  The item MUST be insured for the purchase price, include tracking information, and signature required for delivery.

      You are responsible for the shipping costs (including insurance) for returning the item.

      Refunds:
      Once a return is received, we will send notification of receipt.  After inspection, we will send notification of the approval or rejection of the returned item.

      If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

      Please allow at least 5 to 7 business days to receive your refund.  Depending on your financial institution, it may take several days of processing time for your refund to be officially posted.  Please contact chelsea@blackmarketllc.com for any refund questions.
